Flexible and quick work. When we had our car serviced for transmission and oil change we noticed our low oil light kept coming on a few weeks later. Took the car back in and rechecked the electronics given it was older and high mileage but fortunately just was a quart low on oil. No charge for the service. Really nice people.

I would give them 10,000 stars if I could. My car overheated across the street from Kresky after a close by chain oil change place broke the coolant hose fixture on my car. I can't believe how lucky I was to break down in that spot. They got me in immediately and went across town to get the piece needed to fix my car. Jim was honest, kind and most definitely became my hero that day. I will never take my car anywhere else.

This is a clean, professional repair service with great mechanics and really good customer attention and care. My first visit to them was because of an infestation of mice in my vehicle. It turned out to be pretty extreme and required extensive cleaning and replacement. They made it as painless as possible, and we even had some laughs over it. The shop and customer area are clean, and the entire atmosphere is a good working environment with serious consideration of their customers. I appreciate their work and attention to detail, and full disclosure of what is needed and what I can expect. After three visits (and more in the future, I'm sure) and work on my vehicle, I call them "my auto shop." They are now my "go-to" for my automotive work. Professional trained techs, great customer service!

I came to Kresky’s in need of at least new brake pads at the minimum. One positive note is that Kresky’s was able to service my car in a timely manner, which I appreciated. However after their inspection, I was recommended to replace my front brake pads, front rotors and front calipers for a price of $760!!! Due to Kresky’s estimated cost, I decided to only proceed with new brake pads and rotors. I was informed that I would receive NO warranty if I didn’t get the calipers replaced as they recommended. 1 week after my repair at Kresky’s, my brakes started squeaking again that continued for 1.5 months. I finally went to another mechanic who informed me that I needed new rotors again just 1.5 months after my repair at Kresky’s with no mentioning of new calipers. I told this mechanic about what I was advised to do while at Kresky’s and he took me back to look at my calipers/rotors/brakes to look for myself. After showing and explaining he said my calipers are in good condition and not the source of my problem. He also suggested that Kresky’s resurfaced my rotors, but he said there was no way they were replaced 1.5 months prior due to their wear. So unfortunately I had to pay for these services again after less than 2 months due to the poor service I received at Kresky’s!! One positive is that the services I recently had to pay for were SIGNIFICANTLY more affordable AND I received a 2 year warranty without getting my calipers replaced.

New to the area, it was a gamble choosing an auto repair when my check engine light came on. We hit the jackpot with Kresky Auto. They were thorough, identified and fixed the issue, and gave me an itemized quote for other services my car really could use. Very good with explaining. When I’m ready for those other services to be done it will be at Kreskys.
